Getting to know you
Before we get into training it is vitally important for us to get to know our clients and visa versa. Our first session involves a thorough assessment of:
Your medical history, including any injuries and health concerns.
Your measurements, which interpreted correctly can give us very useful information regarding health risks and later also a measure of your progress.
A basic cardiovascular fitness test and strenth tests to set a baseline for your training.
We will also chat through your nutrition and hydration because if we both understand your lifestyle needs and agree a plan to achieve your goals it just makes things that much easier. A healthy and nutritious eating plan has an enormous impact on how easily your reach your goal, whether your goal is weightloss or improved health.
