Testimonials
Jono (Tennis Coach): "It has been great training with Bronwyn. The results have been fantastic, and the fact that she has made my training sports specific has really helped me on the court".

Monique: (mum of 2): “Having never been very good at pushing myself to lose weight or get fit, getting a Personal Trainer has been one of the best things I have ever done. I have been training with Bronwyn now for 18 months and am loving the results I have achieved so far and enjoying feeling fitter and healthier. Bronwyn pushes you way past your comfort zone, but at the same time completely motivates you so that you are always looking forward to the next session. She always has a smile on her face and I consider her not only my trainer but a friend.”

Bronwyn Tweedale

Kiwifit Mobile Personal Trainer Bron TweedaleAs a working mother of two young children, Bron is a person that you can really relate to. As someone who had constantly battled with her weight, she finally overcame her weight issues and poor body image by reflecting on herself and the things that were most important to her.

Sport and outdoors have always been a part of her life and learning to harness her passion for this, as well as improving her diet, helped her to finally achieve her personal health and wellness goals.

With new found confidence, she qualified as a Personal Trainer, through Auckland University of Technology and registered with Reps (the New Zealand professional body for Personal Trainers).

Bron has been a mobile PT ever since.

Her clients come from all walks of life and range in ages from children to the aged. With ongoing training and education, Bron is able to share her knowledge and experience both as a person who has battled weight issues, and as a personal trainer.

Bron’s personal statement is, “You are the only person responsible for your attitude, success and happiness. Be passionate about everything you do and look fear straight in the face!”

Claire Symons

Kiwifit Mobile Personal Trainer Claire SymonsClaire admits she never was an active person until she became an adult.
Married young, and a mother of 3 children aged 12, 8 and 3, Claire has been focused on everyone except herself when it came to health and fitness. After peaking at over 90kgs after her second child, Claire turned to a personal trainer and asked for help.

“The changes to my life were unbelievable. I had more energy, I felt alive and as my weight reduced and I toned up, my self-confidence increased considerably.” In addition to this, when Claire had her third child, being fitter and healthier made such a difference to her pregnancy and how quickly she bounded back after the birth.

With all these experiences fresh in her mind, Claire turned to studying with the Auckland University of Technology and became a qualified personal trainer. After qualifying, Claire focused on group training health classes for pregnant mothers-to-be that involves Swiss ball exercises specifically designed to be done throughout the pregnancy.

Claire is also a foodie. With a passion for catering and food preparation, finding a nutritional balance between tasty food and what’s good for you has been a tough ordeal but Claire has some great advice on how to manage or overcome those cravings. She admits, this is her own constant struggle but has creative ways of winning the battle and creating sustainable eating plans.
