20min Fat Blaster Workout
 


Please enjoy our 20min Fat Blaster Workout. It is designed to be done at home with nothing more than a skipping rope and some high energy music to keep you motivated. The circuit below is to be repeated twice.

Exercise Time Tips
1. Walk on Step 1 min Whole foot on step and push up through heel.
2. Jog on Step 1 min As above.
3. Step ups with arms 1 min Pump your arms.
4. Step Jumps 30 sec
5. Star Jumps 45 sec
6. Knee Lift and Oblique Twists with arms up. 30 sec ea Keep your body tall.
7. Hamstring Curls 1 min Keep arms working.
8. Skip 45 sec
9. Burpees 8-10 reps Keep core strong and control movement.
10. Forward and Side Lunge 8-10 reps ea When front knee is bent, knee behind toes
11. Jump Squat 10 reps Land with soft knees
